Pamela Markus is a Canadian artist/educator/researcher born and raised in Montreal, Quebec. She received her Bachelor of Arts (Literature) from McGill University, a Masters of Fine Arts (Fibers) from Cranbrook Academy of Art and a Doctorate (Education) from McGill University. She has taught art from the pre-school level through university, as well as publishing and presenting research in Canada and the United States. Pamela maintains a studio in Montreal and is currently focused on her studio practice. Her work combines photography and sculpture
